Fourth Annual “Diamond in the Rough” Chess Tournament

Registration Fee:  $75 per school.  The invoice will be sent to each chess coordinator and should be paid upon receipt via purchase order or check.  Please make your check payable to Chess Education Partners, 1943 N. Kenmore, Chicago, IL, 60614.  CPS Vendor number: 80592.  Payment is due no later than Friday, April 25, 2008.$75 per school.
